Notice of 2021 /2022 Annual General Meeting  

Venue:            Enfield Aquatic Centre, Portland Street Enfield

Date:               Saturday 13 November 2021 

Time:              0800 – 0815 hrs

D​ear Members,

The Club’s AGM will be held on Saturday 13 November 2021 at 0800 hrs at Enfield Aquatic Centre (just prior to training).  We anticipate that the meeting will take no longer than 15 minutes.  All reports will be circulated ahead of the AGM to ensure we get through the meeting as quickly as possible.

The main task at our AGM is to fill Committee positions for 2021/2022.  All Committee positions become vacant at the AGM. Any financial club member can nominate for a position. This is your opportunity to have an input into the future and running of Enfield Life Saving Club.

Please see below a list of the Committee positions (as detailed in the Enfield Life Saving Club Constitution) that need to be filled:-

Executive Committee 

• President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Executive 1
• Executive 2

General Committee 

• Club & Competition Delegate 1
• Club & Competition Delegate 2
• Club Coach (needs to have Coach qualifications)
• Club Instructor (needs to have Instructor qualifications)
• Club Captain Male
• Club Captain Female
• Website and Social Media
• Race Secretary & Point Scorer
• Gear Steward

You will find a brief description of each of the roles in Section 2 (b) to (l) of the Enfield Life Saving Club Constitution.

To assist with the preparation for the AGM it would be appreciated if nominations could be submitted ahead of time by email to elsc@live.com.au.  You can simply note your name and the position you are nominating for.
